Location & Accessibility

EH1 Therapies is painted white and is located in a basement flat at 4B Randolph Place, just off Queensferry St in the West End of Edinburgh. There is no waiting room and therefore it is not possible to arrive before your appointment time. However, there are numerous coffee shops in the area.

There may be up to four therapists (plus clients) working within the practice at any one time. All therapists adhere to ethical standards which preserve privacy and confidentiality for everyone. If there is any conflict of interest, or issue of confidentiality, please let us know.

EH1 is accessed by a downward flight of stone steps and there is a toilet inside the practice, which is up one step. If this setting is inaccessible to you, I will endeavour to offer an alternative. Please enquire for further details.

Transport

There are parking spaces nearby, but Parking fees in the West End are expensive. The nearest tram stop is West End (10min walk) and the nearest bus stops are Shandwick Place or Queensferry Street, or a short walk from Lothian Rd or Princes St.

Exterior of white building with iron railings and stairs, shadow cast on wall, window with "THERAPIES" signage reversed.

Feedback and complaints

I am open to all feedback and complaints and hope you will feel able to discuss any issues directly with me.

However, you are free at any time, to complain directly to BACP.
